If you are a blog user, and in my case I use WordPress, then posting and embedding videos into your post is real easy. The video that you are embedding will probably have come from a video sharing website and you will have copied the embed code found in the information box beside or below the video that you want to embed.

Just have a look at this video to see how useful and easy to use BlogDesk is and embedding a video is easier still.

This screen capture video was made using the program from the Jing Project and the video is hosted at screencast.com. I highly recommend this program and at the moment it is still free. Read my previous post about Jing.
