Confirming earlier rumors, video-sharing site Revver has been acquired by LiveUniverse, a company launched by former MySpace parent company Intermix Media’s founder Brad Greenspan, according to reports from NewTeeVee and CNET News.com.

Web 2.0 company Revver is slowly sinking in stormy seas of increasing debt and lower audiences. After a major site update three months ago, Revver is now up for sale in the $300,000 to $500,000 range, unless you count the company’s debt, which is rumored to be in the $1 million range.
