If you visit YouTube, or any video sharing site, and look at the most viewed videos then you might notice that not all the videos have been created using a camcorder or digital camera. Some videos have been made using a free video creation tool that allows you to make your own video from one or more pictures on your hard drive or where ever you have your pictures stored.

This week, Adobe is releasing overhauled Windows versions of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, the photo and video editing programs aimed at home users. While they cost $99 each or $149 for the pair, they are surprisingly similar to Photoshop CS3, the $649 image editor, and Premiere Pro CS3, a serious $799 video editing program.
