VopPod Lets You Import Videos From Your Blog
February 29, 2008 by Bruce Walls
If you are a blogger and I most sincerely hope that you are, then you can import videos straight from your blog into a pod at VodPod the [tag-tec]video sharing site[/tag-tec].
VodPod now have a really simple and easy way for you to add your videos to Vodpod automatically. Assuming you already have a VopPod account then just click the “add video” link for your pod (from your vodpod home page, or the home page of your pod), enter the URL of your blog, and that’s it. It takes just a few seconds to set up.
Once you’ve entered your blog’s URL, any time you write a post on your blog that includes a video we will automatically add it to your Pod.

This is a great way to build an archive of all of your favorite videos, by using Vodpod as your master archive of your favorite videos. Just like keeping a separate photo gallery on a service like flickr, or bookmarks on a service like del.icio.us.
VodPod makes it easy to add videos to your ‘pods’ by using their little orange button that allows you to collect videos from over 2700 different sites.
With one simple click of the Vodpod browser button, you can now post videos from 1000s of sites to your Wordpress, Blogger, Typepad, Tumblr or twitter blogs.
You can get the VodPod browser button here if you haven’t installed it already.
In case you missed my earlier article about VodPod then you can catch it now.
